Recently, I joined a Facebook group called Deliberately Creative. Members share photos and allow other members to use for their creative endeavors.
One of my friends, Lynne Howard, posted a fabulous photo of an Anhinga (aka Snakebird, aka Water Turkey), which she, herself also painted using acrylics. I've been itching to try my hand at it since I saw her painting, and finally this weekend I had the time.
I think Lynne did much better with her color choices, but I had great fun tackling this bird!
