  1. I love this method of bleedthrough. Who thought of this method originally? I can't wait to get to an art store and purchase a set of the Letraset Promarkers. Could I get these markers from Michaels? If not, Dickblicks is not too far from to drive to.

I have another question; Could I do this bleedthrough method on cardstock paper or watercolor paper?

  2. Thank you!

I'm the one who thought of the method (molossus) and I've only been doing it for about 3 weeks, lol! But there has been a lot of interest, even from Letraset.

Letraset is a UK company, and that's the biggest drawback with the Promarkers-they are hard to find in the States. I know Dick Blicks carries some of them online, but I don't know about the stores. Michael's doesn't carry them. You can order them directly from Letraset. By the way, be careful. There are also AQUA Promarkers, which are a different type, and I'm not sure how well they would bleed through.

  4. I am loving your bleedthrumanade! I have even tried it myself after buying the letraset pens although my manades are not as detailed as your own and I'm finding it difficult to think of different ideas for front and back.

I love how you separate your tangles and ignore the letraset boundaries set out from the initial colouring!

I'm wondering if it's worth me flipping my book over and going from back to front with my manades and doing them at a later date.

    What do you think?

Should I post the manades I've already done? I'm not particularly proud of them though lol.

    Your's are fantastic!!!

  6. Thank you all! If any of you try this, please let me know if you post it. I've seen Maddy's and it is such a delight to see where other people go with the technique.
