New tangle pattern Fohbraid

This pattern was drawn in one of Geneviève Crabe's Tangle Organizers Layout #1.

This is one of those patterns that seems so simple once you think of it, so possibly someone else has already.  I don't remember seeing one, but my memory makes swiss cheese look whole, lol!  If you know of a pattern that uses the same steps, please let me know so I can give credit.  

It's a very flexible pattern, easily varied, and can be a border, string or fill.

    I LOVE this! The instructions are perfect and so easy. I struggle with the other braid-type patterns - so looking forward to trying this one. LOVE your blog and your new header is marvelous. I commented back when you painted it that it is my favorite of your watercolors! xo

    Interesting! & thanks for keeping the instructions simple. I can almost envision wriggling centipede bodies in the bottom picture....creepy, but I like!!
